Returns
Unopened and unused products may be returned within 30 days of delivery for a refund of the purchase price.
To be eligible for a return, items must be in their original condition, including any shrink wrap, packaging, and included contents.
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect.
Opened Products
Due to the nature of tabletop games and collectible components, opened products are generally not eligible for return or refund unless they arrive damaged, defective, or incomplete.
Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items
If your order arrives damaged, contains missing components, or includes an incorrect item, please contact us within 30 days of delivery.
We will work with you to provide replacement parts, a replacement product, or another appropriate solution at no additional cost.

Refunds
Once an approved return has been received and inspected, refunds will be issued to the original payment method.
